It is the name of a river in Jakarta, which is believed by Batavians as the home of a  pair of white alligator (stealth worshiped). According to local custom, seserahan in traditional Batavian wedding ceremony is equipped with a pair of alligator bread. For Batavians, this is a tribute to the magic crocodile. The Crocodile is defined not in physical form but stealth revered. By offering a pair of alligator bread , it is believed that the marriage obtains protection against supernatural forces.
